These easy dessert ideas take just minutes to make and are delicious!

Pretzels with Chocolate Bites

Simply place a Hershey Kiss or Rolo on top of a pretzel (these ones work best) and bake for a minute or two at 300 degrees (just to melt!) Top with an M&M and let cool.

Fruit Kabobs

Looking for a healthy treat that still feels like a dessert? Make fruit kabobs! Cut up fruits like grapes, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, and put them on kabob sticks or skewers. You can even throw some marshmallows or brownie bites in between slices for an extra sweet treat.

Homemade Rice Krispie Treats

This dessert is a classic that many people enjoy and it's quite easy to make. You will need the following ingredients:

Directions:

  • 1. Melt butter over low heat in a saucepan.
  • 2. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat.

    4. Press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool for a few minutes and enjoy!

You can swap out Rice Krispies cereal for any other cereal too. Fun options include Fruity Pebbles, Cocoa Pebbles, Lucky Charms, Fruit Loops, etc. You can also add in toppings like M&Ms or extra marshmallows.

  • Chocolate Covered Fruit or Marshmallows

This is another classic dessert with so many options to chose from. You can purchase candy melts or simply just melt down regular chocolate chips. Our favorites are chocolate-dipped strawberries, bananas, pineapple, cookies, marshmallows, Oreos, and pretzels.

    S'mores Dip

This dip is literally s'mores without the fire. Simply line the bottom of a glass baking dish with chocolate (chocolate chips or bars of chocolate both work) and top it with marshmallows. Pop it into the oven for a few minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown. Serve with graham crackers.

    Christmas Crack

Despite the name, these treats are great year-round. This dessert is simply saltine crackers covered with a caramel sauce and chocolate.

    Instructions:

    1. Line a sheet pan with saltine crackers in a single layer.
    2. Meanwhile, melt 1 cup of dark brown sugar, two sticks of butter, and 1/4 tsp salt in a saucepan. Stir frequently.
    3. Once it comes to a boil, remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla extract.
    4. Pour mixture over saltine crackers.
    5. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
    6. Melt 2 cups of chocolate chips (in microwave or over stovetop).
    7. Pour the melted chocolate over baked crackers.
    8. Let cool in the refrigerator.

    Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

This easy ice cream sundae cake is created by alternating layers of ice cream sandwiches and Cool Whip. Alternate between the two until you reach your desired height. Once chilled, it will cut just like a regular cake and it's delicious. You can also add toppings, such as caramel or chocolate chips, in between layers for an added treat.

    Pudding Dip

Pudding Fruit Dip is super easy to make; it's as simple as mixing a few ingredients together. I really enjoy using pistachio pudding mix, but any pudding mix will work.

    Ingredients:

    - 8 oz. cream cheese

    - 8 oz. Cool Whip

    - 3.5 oz. pudding mix

    Directions:

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip, and pudding mix until well blended. Chill for approximately 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with fruit, graham crackers, Teddy Grahams, or animal crackers.

    Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwiches

These easy ice cream sandwiches require a basic cookie dough recipe (safe to eat cookie dough) and ice cream. Simply flatten the dough, freeze it, and then layer it with ice cream before freezing it again. Cut it into small bars to make them like ice cream sandwiches.

    Nutella Pops

These frosty treats are the perfect dessert for a hot day. Nutella pops are similar to Fudgesicles, but with Nutella!

They only require 1/4 cup Nutella, 1/2 milk, and 1 cup whipped cream.

Simply blend the ingredients together into a fluffy mixture and then pour into a popsicle mold. Allow them to freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight.

    Easy Fruit Dip

This two-ingredient fruit dip is always a hit with others! Simply combine equal parts marshmallow cream (aka Fluff) and cream cheese. Blend until creamy. It's delicious with fruit or graham crackers.

    Salted Caramel Fondue

To make this delicious fondue, all you need is 30 unwrapped caramel candies, 1/3 cup of heavy cream, and a pinch of sea salt. Simply melt down the caramel candies and heavy cream over medium heat until completely melted and add a pinch of sea salt. Garnish the top with some more sea salt and serve with pretzels, apples, graham crackers, etc.
